Each one of us is unique with our own aspirations and dreams.
The negative beliefs we hold about ourselves can prevent us from reaching or achieving our goals. You will learn techniques to help release the blocks that are keeping you stuck and preventing you from pursuing your desired outcomes and practical exercises
to help you to stay on track.
You will discover empowering tools to help you find inner balance , by becoming more proficient in self-regulating your emotions, thoughts and behaviour thus decreasing the negative impact of stress on the body. That will enable you to see the opportunities, possibilities and solutions to achieving your goals.
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a form of energy healing utilizing the same meridian pathways, found in traditional Chinese medicine. The process uses a simple but precise pattern of tapping on Meridian points of the body, while tuning into a specific issue, or problem in a proactive way. EFT also known as Tapping is easy to learn and flexible enough to be used by anyone. EFT allows healing to occur and transforms the way we respond to negative, thoughts, feelings and beliefs. Enabling us to understand how these limiting beliefs affect our behaviour and ultimately freeing us. Allowing us the ability to make real and lasting changes to any life situation.

All emotions, whether they be frustration, anger, sadness, feeling stuck or feeling unloved, are catalysts for change. By acknowledging how you feel, you are able to reach acceptance. With acceptance comes the opportunity to let go of emotions that are attached to your past experiences.

The subconscious stores all memories of events/people and unhelpful thoughts that sometimes hinder us from achieving our goal.
With each memory, our subconscious also stores the emotions attached to those memories. By re-wiring our brain using EFT, we are able to clear these emotions and gain more confidence and more easily identify the key issues at the root of unproductive habits, releasing them opens the door for lasting change.

Heart Focus
For centuries across many cultures the heart is considered to be the centre of emotion, wisdom and courage. Scientific research shows that the heart is so much more than just a pump.
It contains over 40,000 neurons that think, feel and remember independently of the brain. More information is sent from the heart to the brain than visa versa. The heart produces a magnetic field 100 times stronger than that produced by the brain and can be detected 3 feet outside of the body, influencing others in the vicinity.
The heart truly has a paramount role in the healing of our minds and bodies as you will see.

meditation
A mind and body practice being used for centuries to bring about calmness, Inner balance, physical relaxation and general wellbeing. You will learn simple yet effective Mindfulness/Meditation techniques that will enable you to take control in the present moment and when practiced regularly the long term benefits can be felt quickly, improving your mental health, helping to managing stress and increase self awareness.
Combined with Heart math, Emotional freedom technique and Positive Intelligence, to give a framework that is easy to follow and can open the door to deeper levels of inner wisdom.
